Frequently asked Questions

  • How will I receive my item?
    We use Parcelforce to send out large items and a signature will be required, smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail.
  • What sort of warranty do you offer?
    We offer a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty as well as a 3 month exchange or refund on any faulty items. We will offer to repair your item FREE of charge providing you have not attempted any repairs and the item has not been physically damaged.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We offer Paypal as our preferred method of payment, but can accept cash on collection, or Bank Transfer, ask for details.
  • Is your website secure?
    Our website is constantly being monitored and updated and we only accept debit/credit card payments via Paypal, so your card details are secure. We do not store any of your payment details on our website.
  • When will I receive my item?
    We send smaller items via the Post Office recorded delivery. Larger items are sent via Parcelforce 24 and will arrive the day after sending. A tracking number will be provided.
